Family Diversity

At AgriGold, we classify each hybrid into one of five genetic families based on genetic background and characteristics. Genetic diversity reduces the risk and maximizes the results of various environments and practices. The bottom line is total farm yields can be maximized when managing genetic families effectively.

Planting Populations

AgriGold agronomists understand that many factors should be considered to determine the proper planting decisions for each individual hybrid. Placing the correct genetic family, trait package and agronomic practices allows for higher planting populations resulting in higher yield potentials.

Nitrogen Timing

Nitrogen efficiency and effective timing can save valuable input dollars. AgriGold has researched the timing of nitrogen applications to increase yields. Each hybrid utilizes nitrogen differently; selecting the proper application can help maximize results.

Fungicide Effectiveness

AgriGold has been studying the utilization of foliar fungicides on our hybrids for four years. We evaluate each hybrid and provide the expected response of foliar fungicides. Foliar fungicides can provide significant yield results, plant health and standability when used properly.
